Reasons for choosing this ensemble-

1. Overlapping trends were hot on the SS14 catwalk so this organza top and jaquard skirt combination are a perfect pairing.

2. To stand by my new years resolution of trying to wear open toed, strappy heels more often rather than courts all the time.

3. Bright and bold colours are fabulous however chic and sophisticated block colours are equally as glamorous.

4. Structure is key, just look at Victoria Beckham's creations, very scholastic.

5. Confidence- Having your legs on show may attract attention in February, however work it girl- all eyes will be on you. This is your chance to be the fashionista you want to be and receive recognition.

First 2014 outfit of the day

Having been non stop working in my uniform for the past few days, today is my first official Outfit of the day 2014. 

As you can see I'm a little obsessed with the colour Aubergine, an essential AW13 colour.

                                                             

My embellished jumper is from Topshop which was paired with high waisted black skinny jeans from River Island and River Island heeled boots.

                                         

                     

A fresh manicure with nails inc and a new Mac palette. 

                                               

I also got to use my gorgeous new Ted Baker smart gloves. Not only do they look completely fabulous but you can use your iPad and iphone whilst wearing. 

A must have darlings.
