It's not often I get a little free time to myself so having been up since 5:40am all this week I decided a little rest was essential. How I spent it? Getting festive. My Christmas shopping is complete. I wrapped presents, whilst watching the Holiday and eating Christmas tree crumpets whilst wearing a fairisle short onesie. Bliss.
Inspire, influence and succeed with a touch of sassy city frolicking and your latest style fix.

A step back in fashion city history
Today Fenwicks posted a picture of the store from 100 years ago in Newcastle, it was magical ...
and today I walked in to admire the array of Diane Von Furstenberg attire it now stocks. The magical feeling is just as prominent.

Our favourite power couple donate for the Philippines
Typhoon Haiyan a horrific, devastating event that took place in the Philippines on 7th November 2013.
11.5 million people affected
2.5 million in need of food
544, 606 displaced
130,074 houses destroyed
1,215 evacuation centres set up
5000+ killed
3,853 injured
$300 million (£190 million) needed
This country is in turmoil and needs your help, here is your inspiration.
David and Victoria Beckham are doing their bit for the Red Cross By donating designer clothes. Dolce and Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Jimmy Choo are just a few of the designer names that are up for sale at the Red Cross charity shop in Kensington, London.
The money raised will be going directly to the Philippines to aid in this worthwhile and desperate cause.
Both Victoria and David have pieces up for sale.
Victoria:
"David and I are supporting the Red Cross Shop Drop for the Philippines campaign and we urge everyone in Britain to do the same.'
"Everyone has something in their closet they were holding onto, a dress, suit, or pair of shoes they thought they might wear again. Dig them out, bag them up, drop them off and give someone else the chance to buy them, raising much needed funds for the Red Cross aid effort. "
Donate via the Disasters Emergency committee and pray. Lets help people get their lives back.

Isabel Marant for H&M- The Edit
Hottest fashion story of the week: Isabel Marant's debut collection for H&M, hello fabulous. Designers and fashionistas from around the world (including me) were extremely excited for the launch of the collection. Perhaps a little too excited as there became a waiting list for the website. Designer in demand or what?
The collection is quirky however sophisticated and completely chic. There are a mixture of detailed patterns along with basics although there is a major temptation for some experimental pattern clashing. The best thing about this collection? The fact that it is for H&M meaning it is affordable, on trend and easily accessible.
Here I have put together a few styling suggestions, all the pieces derive from this fabulous collection.
Which is your favourite? and which are you a little scared too try?
