The Grand National Ladies Day Outfit Challenge

Well darlings, it's Spring! This means it is time to get our favourite SS14 colours out of the wardrobe and onto the streets. The most perfect way to flaunt you gorgeous ensembles? Why, the races of course! With ladies day at the Grand National just around the corner it's time to decide on our outfits. Ladies day is a highly anticipated event that brings out the most fabulous fashion.

As you know I like to go a little unconventional. Classic ladies day involves dresses and fascinators however darlings its time to deviate. Tailoring is key and provokes sophistication and class. I love the combination of mint and pink which make this ensemble show stopping. A plain, understated camisole draws attention to the outfits use of colour alongside the embellishment found in the earrings and clutch, after all every outfit needs a touch of sparkle. Gold pointed courts match the gold lining running through the jacquard pattern found in the shorts, finishing the outfit to it's finest and making the outfit look elegant and simply gorgeous!

With a trip to the beach it is extremely unlikely that you will be returning after a few hours. Sun, sea, sand? All too appealing.
