An Irish wedding wardobe

Darlings, you know my love for weddings and this will soon be shown in the return of Wedding Wednesday this coming week.

Since fashion month and awards season is over it was time to give myself a little break break from blogging. During this duration I spent my weekend celebrating an Irish wedding. Two of my favourites, Olivea and James married in the most amazing ceremony I have ever witnessed. Not only was she the sassiest bride I have ever met but she was head to toe beautiful and the entire wedding was the epitome of perfection.
She is the first of us hunnies to get married so as you can imagine between the wedding and partying with the Irish all weekend, it was a roller coaster of emotions. They literally make the most perfect couple it's indescribable.

Having wedding celebrations all day every day for the past three days required a killer and well prepared wardrobe. Being March I decided it was time to fully embrace SS15 through the use of colour and style. Take a look at what I wore this weekend.

Here are the nicest people you will ever meet. These Irish darlings, Olivea & James, the bride and groom and Edna & Mick, the parents of Olivea created the most amazing weekend.
How amazing does the bride look?! or even so how amazing do every single one of these hunnies look? I can't believe she is now married and couldn't be happier for her.
and the most fabulous people to spend your weekend with.

I am now in a state of post wedding depression- you know how I adore them
Which was your favourite ensemble darlings?

Thank you to Olivea and James for the most perfect weekend.

Thank you to Toni & Guy, Fake bake and Mink for my gorgeous glam and of course all our favourite high street stores for my ensembles.

International Women's Day 2015

Empowering women; empowering humanity.
International Women's Day 2015 has a theme close to our hearts as our strive for success in the battle for gender equality continues into another year.

Over the past year the HeForShe campaign, lead by Emma Watson and UN women, has extended recognition and exemplified cause. Men around the world are passionate as they join in the attempt to make women their equal.

Women are still underpaid.
CEO and leading positions in the workforce remain a minority for women
... despite doing better in their degrees.

The time is for change.
All women are powerful.
Men are not the enemy, they are the support.
You are powerful and together we will win.

Emma Watson held a live Facebook conversation regarding HeForShe this afternoon.
If you missed it, catch up HERE.

Two years- Ooohlalaa it's fashion

                                              On March 2nd 2013 I created a blog.
A blog to share my admirations and inspirations surrounding the fashion industry.
Two years later Ooohlalaa it's fashion is a success, and I could not thank you enough darlings.

From my styling posts, to wishlists, best dressed lists
and runway exclusives every one have you have shown overwhelming support.

Being a fashion blogger is a dream. It allows me to express myself through the channel of fashion and style whilst expanding my knowledge of a demanding industry that is constantly changing.
Extensive writing, late nights and endless research is all worth it when I see the interest my readers show and the impact it has on their own style.

All I have to say is thank you.
Thank you to every one of you fashionista's who share my love of styling,
interest of fashion and strive for success.
Here's to many more years.
